Main Ingredients Tortellini: 

  • 250 grams of high protein flour 
  • 1 egg, 
  • enough water, 
  • enough salt,
  • 1 tablespoon cooking oil  

 Soup ingredients and seasonings:

  • 1 onion, chopped pepper
  • 1 diced green bell pepper
  • 2 tablespoons of salt vegetable oil to taste
  • 2 red chilies, cut into pieces
  • 1 diced red bell pepper
  • 1 tablespoon margarine
  • 1 teaspoon turmeric powder
  • 2 finely chopped garlic cloves
  • 2 diced potatoes
  • sugar to taste
  • 300 ml chicken stock
  • 200 ml full cream milk


How To Make Tortellini:

  1. To make tortellini paste, you can do this by first preparing a bowl for the container that we will use to knead the dough.
  2. After the basin is prepared, please put the flour into it, give a hole in the middle of the flour pile in the basin. Then put the eggs, salt, oil and water in the middle hole in the flour.
  3. Mix the dough together and stir and knead the dough until it becomes smooth. In addition, make sure if you don't see flour or dough that is still lumpy, for that, it's best to knead the dough by hand.
  4. If the dough is smooth, please weigh or measure the dough for 5 grams each. After that, beat it round using your hands.
  5. Then, flatten the dough using a grinding machine or by using a bottle, the most important thing is to make the dough thin.
  6. After the dough is thin, fold the dough in half and bend the dough inward so that it looks like a conch.
  7. Then, prepare the stew and boil the tortellini skins in a pot that has been given water until cooked and floats to the surface of the water. After that, remove and drain temporarily
 How to Make Soup:
  1. To make the soup, you can do it by heating the oil on a flat frying pan and lightly saute the onions along with the garlic, chilies and also chopped paprikan until fragrant and wilted
  2. After that, turn off the heat and bring the chicken to a boil in a new pot. After the broth is boiling, add the potato slices along with the turmeric powder, salt and sugar. Stir and let it simmer until the potatoes are tender
  3. Enter the full cream milk into it along with the tortellini that has been made and add the stir-fry seasoning you just made
  4. Cook for about 10 minutes until cooked evenly
