Nasi Goreng or fried rice is one of the famous delicious foods from Indonesia.
Nasi Goreng is a food in the form of rice that is fried and stirred in cooking oil, margarine, or butter. Usually added with sweet soy sauce, shallots, garlic, tamarind, pepper and other spices; such as eggs, chicken, and crackers. So here the recepi:

Ingredients :

  • 1 Bowl of Ready-to-use Brown Rice    
  • 1/2 part Onion Slice thinly
  • 3 cloves shallot, thinly sliced
  • 2 garlic cloves, thinly sliced
  • 3 pieces of sliced cayenne pepper
  • 1 tbsp coriander
  • 1/2 teaspoon granulated sugar
  • Salt to taste
  • 1 bunch Caisim Cut into small pieces
  • 100 grams of Chicken fillet, cut lengthwise
  • 100 grams of Chicken fillet, cut lengthwise
  • 1/2 board Tempe cut into matches, fried well
  • 1/2 tsp Turmeric powder
  • 2 tbsp Canola oil
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 leek
  • 1/2 tsp Black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon Cashew toast (roasted)
  • 2 eggs Make a beef eye egg

Steps

  1. The first way, please preheat the skillet on the stove. The oil used by Chef Marinka in this recipe is rice bran oil. He did not recommend using olive oil because he said that when the oil reacts with hot temperatures, the steam produced will turn out to be toxic. Apart from using rice bran oil, you can also use coconut oil.
  2. After the hot oil, please pour the onions along with the shallots. Stir it evenly until it smells good, just add the garlic. This time cook until all the onions are done.
  3. Only when fragrant add the cayenne pepper and stir again until wilted. Then pour in spices such as coriander, sugar and add a little salt. Then stir evenly.
  4. Add the sweet soy sauce and stir until combined with the previous seasonings and ingredients. Then pour the chicken fillet into it and stir it evenly until the chicken turns a paler color.
  5. Sprinkle turmeric in it to provide nutrition from this fried rice dish. Then cook until combined and the chicken is cooked but not hardened.
  6. after that, put the brown rice in it and stir it evenly so that these ingredients are mixed together with the dishes we made before.
  7. Enter the caism slices into it and stir until wilted and evenly distributed. Finally, add the fried tempeh and stir it evenly. When it is cooked, you will be able to pour the leeks and sprinkle them evenly. 
  8. Put the fried rice in a serving plate or container and serve it with the beef eye egg that you made earlier.
