Universal Orlando Guests, Play No Need To Wear Masks Again

The new policy was issued by the Universal Orlando theme park. The guests are no longer wearing masks, as long as they are proven to have been vaccinated.

They say that guests who have been fully vaccinated against the coronavirus are not required to wear masks.

The Florida amusement park announced on Friday that starting Saturday the park has relaxed its policy of wearing masks in park areas. This they do in adaptation to the latest guidelines of the US Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC).

On his Twitter, he saw photos of visitors standing in line, riding roller coasters and walking through the gift shop. Interestingly, many of them are without masks. But it can still be seen some people are still wearing masks, while others are pulling them to their chins. Park staff also appeared to be still wearing masks.

While guests who have not been fully vaccinated are expected to continue to wear face coverings for the safety of customers and other staff, Universal Studios told FOX Business that they do not require guests to present proof of vaccination.

The CDC eased guidelines for wearing masks at amusement parks for people who were fully vaccinated earlier this month. They make it possible not to wear masks outdoors in crowds and in most indoor settings.

"Anyone who has been fully vaccinated can participate in indoor and outdoor activities, large or small - without wearing a mask or physically distancing," Rochelle Walensky, director of the CDC, said at a White House briefing on May 13.
