  2. Far cuocere a fuoco lento per almeno 2 ore.
  3. Poi prendere la mozzarella e tagliarla a pezzi e le sfoglie di pasta fresca (questo volta le ho prese già pronte refrigerate!).
  4. Mettere in una vaschetta di alluminio da 6 pezzi, una base di ragù ed adagiarsi sopra uno strato di sfoglie e fare circa 5/6 strati a seconda la disponibilità intervallando con uno strato di ragù, parmigiano e mozzarella a pezzi.
  5. Una volta fatti i 5/6 strati, finire con il ragù e la spolverata di parmigiano e portare a cottura a 160 gradi per circa 1 ora e la lasagna è pronta.
